Working principle of mineral processing shaker
The shaking table utilizes the difference in specific gravity of the sorted minerals, the differential motion provided by the head of the bed, the inclined water flow, and different forms of bed bars to cause loose layering of mineral particles on the bed surface, selectively transport them, and form fan-shaped zones on the bed surface, thereby producing products of different wealth levels.
The mineral selection process of a shaking table is carried out on an inclined bed surface with multiple bars. The ore particles are fed into the feeding trough at the upper corner of the bed surface, and horizontal flushing water is supplied by the feeding trough. Therefore, the ore particles are layered according to specific gravity and particle size under the action of gravity, horizontal water impact force, inertia and friction generated by the reciprocating asymmetric motion of the bed surface, and move longitudinally and laterally along the inclined bed surface. Therefore, mineral particles with different densities and particle sizes gradually flow down in a fan-shaped manner from side A to side B along their respective motion directions, and are discharged from different zones on the concentrate end and tailings side, and finally divided into concentrate, intermediate ore, and tailings.
